Elaine is a pioneer and leader in digital healthcare. She is the founder of The Chrysalis Effect and Chrysalis Effect Health, transforming Recovery Outcomes for Patients and clients with chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia. These patients needed to access excellent therapists from their home. Practitioners needed new tools to work online so they could support clients to access underlying causes of ill health and regain their wellbeing. Elaine will share with you how to build a business without barriers to future proof your practice.
In 2009 she launched the first ever online recovery pathway, In 2010 Accredited recovery specialist training and in 2013 she developed the first ILM Accredited Wellbeing Coaching Course in the UK.
She is the recipient of multiple awards for her work including:
- The Association of Professional Coaches Trainers and Consultants Courage to Change Award.
- The FHT Excellence Award Tutor of The Year Award.
- Finalist for Abbvie Health Awards.
- And most recently The World Peace and Prosperity Award for Services to Humanity.
