Each hour long session will give you the opportunity to have:

- A friendly place to share tips and advice
- An inspiring and honest place to ask any question in regard to growing your income, business skills and knowledge.
- A compassionate space to prioritise your wellbeing as a practitioner.
To join the forum all you need to do is select annual or monthly payment and you will receive:
- Confirmation email with dates, times and join instructions.
- Full access to our professional supervision platform containing over 25 hours of recorded professional supervision as an additional resource.
- All sessions will be recorded and added to this platform so that if you are unable to make every session live you can forward questions and catch up at a convenient time.

Elaine is the award-winning founder or The Chrysalis Effect Online Recovery Pathway and Practitioner training. After losing her health in the year 2000, She became bedbound and was diagnosed with ME. As a business woman and mum of two teenagers Elaine experienced first-hand the way the current medical model treats chronic fatigue and knew it had to change. She could not accept that she would have to live with a long-term chronic condition. Refusing the anti-depressants, pain medication and advice to accept a restricted life managing a long-term chronic condition, Elaine battled through the multiple symptoms to find the underlying cause and address them.
By 2006 she recovered fully and has dedicated the last 10 years to making recovery focused pathway instantly accessible to all via The Chrysalis Effect online fully supported recovery pathway. Over 2,775 recoverers have accessed the prototype. She didn’t stop there. It was vital that therapists and practitioners understood the pre-dispositions and contributory factors to these illnesses and had protocols that work.
She has trained over 900 recovery accredited recovery specialists while staying balanced and super healthy herself. In 2018 the dream of rolling out The Chrysalis Effect into the NHS for every patient was suddenly a reality when the first GP commissioned a pilot for his patients to provide a cost effective and efficient recovery pathway at point of GP Referral. She says. ‘The vision started out to be about chronic fatigue and fibromyalgia, but it has expanded. This is just the first step in transforming the outmoded healthcare model to support our overstretched GP’s to provide a recovery focused integrated holistic model fit for the 21st Century.
