Secure a Workshop Space
Enjoy a guided meditation to help you go within and awaken your creative side, focusing on the breath, visualisation and relaxation. We will then create a Zentangle together (creating patterns with defined spaces using abstract designs), in which you can follow my pattern, and you may feel that, as you are playing with different shapes, you can add your own too!

Zentangle is a meditative art practice created by Rick Roberts and Maria Thomas, involving drawing structured patterns with repetitive lines, marks, circles, and shapes to create abstract art, promoting focus, mindfulness, and creative expression.
You'll need a ruler; a couple of 3" by 3" pieces of paper - or any piece of paper really that we can draw a square onto, using the ruler; a microfine or pigment pen (ie 0.5 or 0.7) or normal pen if you don't have that; and a pencil (any, but 2B or slightly softer is better, for shading). Some of you may know about a tortillon (to blend pencil markings) which is not a must but can be fun to use too.
Once you sign up, a Zoom link will be sent out to you.
I am looking forward to seeing you then! ❤️
